I highly appreciate Jason's help on solving the problem of texting out. I had tried a couple times in the past weeks but my number is still pending from texting out, although all my DLC works had bee approved.
I called Quo tech help and Jason showed up. No long he took and my texting out problem solved. Although I would assume there could be some internal setup problem at Quo, I was very happy that Jason solved the problem. I have no intention to complain Quo why my texting out application had been pending (who has never made some problem? Right?). On the contrary I am very grateful Jason helped me out. He's my hero ^^
I sincerely believe Jason deserve a title of best Quo employe. I hope I would received a service survey form Quo so that I may grade a 10 as a return of my appreciation. Thank you, Jason. May you have a good one.

The absolute worst software in the world. I have used OpenPhone / Quo for 2 years now. The software constantly makes us miss phone calls by not ringing, they have had major outages not allowing you to make calls or texts. Heres just a couple of the bugs we have experienced: when typing in the chat it doesnt let you type certain characters or randomly starts a phone call with the customer when typing a message. Their live chat support is all outsourced and not American. I keep sending them the bugs to fix and they never get back to me about the fixes or even if they looked at it. Their name change is horrible.

I paid $19 USD to OpenPhone (now Quo) and never received access to my account or any follow-up email. The system kept telling me to “check your inbox,” but nothing ever arrived no activation, no instructions, nothing.
When I contacted support, I only got automated replies and long delays. It’s been days with no real response or resolution, even though they charged me immediately.
This kind of service is unacceptable for a business platform. If you value your time and money, stay away until they fix their support and onboarding process.

Quo (OpenPhone) has been a lifesaver for our coffee shop! It's completely streamlined our phone system, making it incredibly easy to manage calls, messages, and business lines all in one place. I highly recommend Quo to anyone needing a centralized communication stack

From the start I get a badg notification number 1 indicating I have 1 unread message. this is on desktop and web app. tested this also on diffrent devices and networks and deducted that it is an issue isolated to my account. I reported this to support but no one has contacted me yet to investigate. this has been buggy from the get go. there are times where messages are missing too.

Never was able to get a OTP to my Quo (OpenPhone) number. I don't know how this has such high ratings. It's overpriced AND doesn't work! More expensive than competitors. I switched to Slynumber and was instantly able to get authorization codes and use it for US banks even. Slynumber is 1/6 the cost if you get the yearly plan. Quo also has no customer service. BOO.

I am still sitting with an inactive account. Onboarding was a nightmare. had 4 different agents ask us for the same information over and over. Finally had one agent who got everything sorted, reported to us that we were approved, now have spent 3 days with an inactive banner, have submitted 7 trouble tickets and zero response. My thought is fix your support

When I first signed up, their 603 number pool was empty — which is critical for a New Hampshire-based business — but the software itself was excellent, so I got started with a Maine (207) number.
Their HubSpot integration wasn’t working perfectly at first, but after I reported it, the support team had it fixed within a few days. Later, I ported in a 603 number I already owned. Porting took almost two weeks, which felt long compared to a normal carrier — but interestingly, soon after I reported the 603 shortage, their pool was replenished. I like to think that feedback helped, and I ended up getting an even better, more memorable 603 number than the one I was porting.
I also talked with their support about the Jobber integration — it’s functional but could be smoother. Still, based on how responsive they’ve been, I’m confident they’ll improve it.
All told, was it a perfect experience? No. But what really stands out about Quo isn’t just the support team — it’s that the responsiveness runs all the way through the stack. You can tell Quo is actually listening to its customers, and that’s something that’s genuinely rare and refreshing these days. Quo will go far.

I recently signed up with Quo after researching many service providers. It was very easy to set up and completely meets my needs for my startup. I had a question and a support team member replied quickly with the response. So far Quo has exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

Outrageous Service Failure After Quo Acquisition – No Support, No Functionality
Horrible service ever since OpenPhone was acquired by Quo.
After the switch, I can no longer receive incoming messages or calls — the app constantly shows error 51005.
The worst part? Their support system is completely broken. The “contact” page doesn’t work, the virtual agent never connects you to a real person, and the “ticket” it creates goes nowhere.
These people have been charging me for months for a phone number that doesn’t even work, while it’s impossible to reach anyone for help. Unacceptable, dishonest, and a total failure of customer support.

As a small business I have tried so many different phone services and Quo is BY FAR the best I have ever tried. Incredibly user friendly for me and my assistant, simple to navigate and set up voicemails etc. It is also more affordable than some of the competitors.

Quo has been an amazing experience coming from Sonetel which was horrible, nice app, nice interface, works well, I saw some people saying bad stuff about Openphone, so I guess they have changed the whole game when they changed the name because I have been very happy with Quo

They will hold your numbers hostage and threaten you if you have a billing problem. They will not contact you and try to help you simply send emails with threats. Not a good company and not employing good customer service people they don’t seem to care very much.
I use this service for several months and put the information on my business cards websites all of my marketing material and there was a problem with my billing, which has since been corrected but now my number is no longer work. I strongly encourage you to find another service other than this one. There is no way to contact customer support and no one seems to care if your system doesn’t work. Hard pass.
