Horrible

Horrible, rude, and unfriendly customer service by phone. They don’t even respond to online customer service requests.

Their home loans are ridiculous. I was being overcharged on my homeowners insurance and Quorum was raising my payment regularly. I switched insurance, reducing the amount by about $5000. Did Quorum lower my payment? No. Did they refund me unneeded escrow? No. Instead they demanded a $3000 additional escrow payment.

Complete scam.

I do not recommend to bank with them as…

I do not recommend to bank with them as they disable accounts on every credits and debits you initiate. I was requested to submit my driver's license, utility bill, a bank verification letter which was supplied on that very day and my account was re-activated however after couple of days there was a charge on my account and they disabled my online banking and what they keep saying is that my account is under investigation which has been more that 25 days. The worst banking experience I've ever had.
