If I could leave 0 as a rating, I would.
Bought an screen protector nearly 11 weeks ago. Company noted that it was a failed delivery having clearly given my address and delivery details. Then tell me that I should contact the post office but were unable to provide me information on which one. Then having asked for a new one to be sent, had the audacity to ask me to pay for freight again. Asked for a refund and told me they would refund the product cost but not the freight. Somehow think that liability for using a sub par shipping company is my responsibility and have zero interest in pursuing said sub par shipping company to recoup costs and instead think it’s better to go after a customer who has already paid in full for a service that has not been provided. Strongly suggest you don’t deal with this business and take your money and time elsewhere.
