Miranda was quick to assist me and follow up quickly on the next steps. She was kind but also super helpful from the start. She helped me add specific parts I wanted. The PC itself looks amazing. I like the wooden case I picked. All the materials are high quality, well-made, and the PC the team helped me build has incredible performance. 10/10

The entire PC buying process was more than I could have hoped for. I have always built my PC in the past but do not have the time anymore. The process was great, customer service was helpful and fast, especially Miranda. The PC flies...so awesome. Also I love how they routed the cables etc. I had scoped out other online pc builders and a local company. Their prices were similar but the biggest thing for me was they actually had the hardware I wanted. Others did not have what I wanted. I also found their online form easier to use. It came faster than originally suggested too which was great. I was actually pleasantly surprised when they followed up to see how things are going. No one does that any more!

I heard about Quoted Tech from people who were talking about the company so I went online to see what they had to offer and behold, great site with available prebuilt and customizable computers.
I told my sons and my youngest decided to order a gaming pc.
It took three weeks from the day I ordered it to the final delivery.
It is very well packaged and the system works great.
My son is very happy with his gaming pc and my oldest is looking into building his own.
I am giving them a 5 on 5 rating because everything was perfect.

Professional and excellent service. John was very responsive which helped get our system fully spec'ed out and delivered within a short timeframe to meet project deadlines (2 weeks). John and QuotedTech delivered exactly what we needed and it was a pleasure working with them, so I had no hesitation recommending their services to my colleagues.

I ordered a PC that was supposed to ship in 2 weeks, but after waiting 6 weeks, nothing was shipped. When I finally asked to cancel because I couldn’t wait any longer, they somehow shipped it within 2 days. The tracking showed “delivered,” but I never received it.

When I contacted them, they took no responsibility and offered no help. I had to handle everything myself, including filing a UPS claim — which I eventually got approved on my own, with zero effort from Quoted Tech.

After UPS refunded the amount, I asked the company for a refund since I didn’t want the product anymore. They refused. I then filed a chargeback, and unbelievably, they told my bank that the PC was delivered and demanded their money — even though UPS already refunded it!

This company tried to scam me twice.
Avoid Quoted Tech at all costs — if you order from them, be prepared to lose your money.

When UPS already refunded the amount to you guys what's a problem, it means that you guys are doing shady practices.

It's the prebuilt benefit with the customization option of the DIY. I really like that you can choose the pieces and brand of it which allow to get a more personalized build, and avoid typical cheap brand of prebuilt.

Support is great and on top of it.

First time purchasing a gaming PC. Their customer service is excellent (they were open to adjusting my order to my liking). PC looks nice and runs great as expected. Will recommend to others. Wishing Quoted Tech the best moving forward.

Ive purchased 3 pc's from Quoted Tech, the builds are top notch and look great, best pricing for the rigs I've found compared to others sites. Will def keep them in mind for future needs.

Bought my custom PC last week and it arrived in less than 5 working days. It was built and shipped way faster than I anticipated. A lot of reviews have said it took a few weeks for their PC to arrive so i was expecting the same. Very pleased about the quick shipping. The PC itself its built really nice. I have no complaints thus far. Highly recommend!

Customizing your pc through the website is very easy and the price is good.

It was very simple to order online, place an order, and when I went to pick up my order, they were very nice and accommodating. The PCs are working great, and the pricing point is reasonable for what I purchased. I'd recommend this to anybody who wants a gaming PC, but is afraid to build.

Great Canadian Company. There aren't a lot of options in Canada for custom PC's. Especially for those looking to purchase Canadian. From start to finish, the ordering process and the customer support in answering questions, fully and on a timely basis, was terrific. Highly recommend.

I used to buy PC parts and do the building myself, it's fun, but as I grow older I feel like I have less time. I was looking for a company that makes custom build, and I would only find US company, meaning higher price with the money conversion, delivery, custom fees, etc.
This is when I found Quoted Tech, a Canadian company that do just that. I had a good number of choices for the parts, and the price was really good for a professional build with good warranty. I had few questions along the way, and the customer service was amazing - in today's age, it's always great to feel like you are speaking with a real person. As for the computer itself, it arrived before the estimated time, and so far I had it for only one day but everything run smoothly.
I would definitely recommend doing business with Quoted Tech, and as someone who change every 5 years or so, I know I'll be going back to do business with them for the next one!
