I had as follow up enquiry today for my driving school and spoke to Tara who originally helped with my insurance. As always Tara was extremely pleasant and professional. I have been using QMT for a couple years now, however the customer service this year stood out by far. I was contacted by Mandy around a month before my renewal, and I had a few issues. Throughout the whole month, Mandy has kept in contact with me, keeping me updated, and has helped me resolve my issues and obtain a renewal for another year. She consistently went out her way to help me, and I wish her the best!

She was a pleasant lady to talk to and she listened to everything I had to say without trying to rush me as most salespeople do.

Had the privilege of dealing with Tara White for my insurance renewal. Not only were her phone mannerism very polite and professional but nothing was too much effort for her.

Tara managed to get me a better quote than my previous insurer and also checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly.
