I have Quppy for almost a year last i emailed Quppy that i was going to let my paysafecard.com bank withdraw my funds to my quppy bank because i closed my paysafecard.com account ! Quppy told me Its no problem and my account is working fine! Then when paysafecard.com deposited my funds it where 3 transactions the first €240 Quppy declined it and told me my account wil be terminated without explaining me a reason then came €250 after this and the €250 was accepted after the first transfer was declined! This is not normal I emailed Quppy about my refund of my other bank was coming to my Quppy bank and they act like it’s fine then blocked me my third transfer hasn’t even reach the account yet so now Quppy closed my bank for a normal transfer from my paysafecard.com bank and declined my first but accepted my second transfer and now I can’t transfer anything. They won’t give a clear reason but I think the bank glitched or something i wouldn’t recommend this bank it closes on you for no reasson I think this was a bug or glitch because there is nothing wrong and I noted them about this before my transfer came in! This is not professional I did nothing wrong to deserve this right before the hollidays they blocked me and incant acces my funds! Worst thing ever

I’ve been using Quppy for several months now. The app works fine. The debit card link feature is helpful, but it doesn’t always work on the first try. I hope this will improve with future updates. It’s good for regular crypto management.

I topup my quppy account with 661 euro and transfer the fund to another company, the operator confirmed but I never receive the funds

Very bad, slow, slow support. They closed my account without any reason, and this is absolutely unreasonable. I sent them my account information to send my money, but they haven’t sent it yet. 1 week ago i recieved a transfer it was processing for a couple of days and now i cant use my funds. The support is non existent since they only reply 1 time every 24hour. Need to see a solution asap
