Everything was nice until their staff…

Everything was nice until their staff named Milo handled my ticket. The worst attitude and outrageous behaviour someone could have, wasted my money for their testing and optimization. Never been able to run my server in this hosting. Double check cause 4344p is not that powerfull

Thanks for your review basically you should understand that why epyc 4344p is not suit for you. To open up to public we can't handle a 140+ unoptimized plugins and different gamemodes like heavy survival, FFA, Practice Servers etc in a single 24gb ram node If you go for higher plans you might get a better and reliable server. Being a partner or begging hosts for partnership can't make your server smooth if you really want to run the server smooth you have to pay for servers not depend on partnership. You can complaint about milo to support@quvera.cloud our team will take action. Final note our server is not for local communities to run there heavy workloads its for enterprises grade customers!

Quvera is great and useful host because...

We are recently using Quvera host and we are all satisfied with their service. Compare to other hosts Quvera provide more stable and smooth to Minecraft server. The staffs are responding quickly and solve the problem with respectively. So overall Quvera is great and useful host

I’ve been using this Minecraft host for…

I’ve been using this Minecraft host for a while and the experience has been excellent. The performance is stable, the panel is easy to use, and the support team is genuinely helpful. Every time I had an issue, the staff responded quickly and solved it without any delay. Overall, a reliable and smooth hosting service — definitely recommended!
