Get a dodgy item an your screwed
Brought a motherboard from them didn't check it straight away cause waiting for cpu it came I went to install it and realised motherboard had bent pins I got intouch sent it backhand was told I basically had caused it myself so no trust for there customers if this happens your basically screwed

Thank you for your review.
We have been in regular communication regarding your motherboard.
The board was supplied, brand new and sealed from the manufacturer. The CPU socket pins were significantly bent.
We sent this back to the manufacturer, which their technical support checked it thoroughly.
They found CPU thermal paste had been applied to the motherboard DIMM slots, along with the outer CPU socket and support bracket - at no point during the creation of the board in the factory, would thermal paste be applied, this is only ever done by the end user.
They also confirmed that the board showed wear from the mounting points, which again, is consistent with a user installation.
As mentioned before, this was a brand new motherboard and was in perfect, pristine condition when it was sold.

No laptop or money to be seen
It's been a month, have not received a laptop or a refund.
Their calls are also been forwarded to a call centre where people cannot really help you.
I would not recommend this business.

This is not the case with your order and we feel this review is completely unwarranted and unfair.
Chris, you are well aware that you placed your order and entered the completely wrong address. The item was shipped to that address, however, the delivery failed.
We were in regular communication with you once you contacted us and we tried to resolve the situation and even agreed to request Parcelforce to redirect your parcel, despite this not being recommended by Paypal's buyer and seller protection programme.
The item, unfortunately, could not be redirected and was instead returned to us, where a full refund was issued.
We have thousands of positive customer reviews on our primary review platform, Feefo and have won the Platinum Trusted service award for the past two years.

Stanley base unit and 1 door Wall Unit
I recently purchased a Stanley 1-Door wall unit on the 17th July and previously a Stanley 2-door base unit 1st July. Both items arrived quick and great condition via UPS very happy with both items. These were bought to maximise storage space in my small shed.
