Superb company

Wow, what a great price for a cricut explore 3. Cheapest anywhere for the machine. Initially I was sceptical, and thought what’s the catch, but after reading such positive reviews, I took the risk. I contacted Richard, regarding a VAT receipt, and was advised within the hour I would receive it.
On the website it said delivery within the week, and less than 24 hours later, my machine was delivered. And is perfect, in all original boxes. Registered it with cricut and couldn’t be happier. A saving of £70 to standard retail price. Thank you and I will now save this site as a favourite

No problem making order. I was a bit sceptical being a bit too cheaper than others.but all along delivery i was kept up to date with.order. all arrived.in good condition so I was very pleased with the price and service.

Website displaying incorrect product

while delivery service was good there seem to be issues with the main website and I didn't receive the product I wanted and ordered (I am satisfied with what I was sent), I'd recommend the store owner takes a look at this listing, other than a few personal complications the service was fine.

When I first seen the website

When I first seen the website, I thought it was a fake one because of how cheap the item was it was £100 cheaper than anybody else. I looked into them, ordered it and was amazed that it come 24 hours later and I saved £100 Will definitely be ordering again with Quzo UK their prices can’t be beaten and they’re delivery was awesome. Standard delivery came within 24 hours of order… I couldn’t give nothing but five stars i’m always ordering every single week. Zero customer service

I have suffered incredibly poor service when buying for the first time from you.

Purchased a monitor stand as a present, paid for expedited delivery and was given an estimated delivery of 13th Feb.

Called later in the afternoon on 13th Feb to customer services to get a better idea of when this would arrive, to be told by the person on the phone, everyone was busy and they would call me back with an update.

No call was forthcoming so I called again at 2pm on Wed 14th to be told that they are too busy to speak to people on the phone, and had I raised my query via the website? I explained I had been expecting a call back, to be told I should just raise a query via the website, which I did.

Since Wed 14th I’ve had no communication from Quzo whatsoever-I have since seen a pending refund of my monies via PayPal (still not confirmed as yet).

I’m struggling to understand where I’ve gone wrong here:
Am I to assume you have listed items on your website that aren’t available?
Is it normal to receive zero customer service via your customer contact channels?
Is it not common courtesy to at least send an update through letting a customer know if you’ve been unable to fulfil an order?
What is the best route to get support on products purchased via your website?

The lack of contact ultimately made me question the legitimacy of your company-Is Quzo a scam website?

Your Trustpilot suggests the opposite so I’d welcome your feedback, as I’m left without a present I’d purchased in good faith, and no explanation or attempt to make contact (I’ve checked my spam and junk)

@Richard I've taken the opportunity to review all spam, junk, promotions and social folders as per your request in your reply, and have no emails from Quzo other than order confirmation on the 11th (addressed from Richard@ quzo.net) I'm genuinely interested to understand what the updates were! I'm very sorry for the experience you have had, the lack of communication is certainly not something I would have expected so I have investigated your concerns further.

Unfortunately, I was unable to access our call log but our receptionist confirmed they directed your order query to our ticket support system, which is normal procedure.

Upon checking the ticket support system, I can see that a query was raised on Feb 14 at 14:17.

We subsequently responded to this ticket on Feb 14 at 14:25, approximately 8 minutes after the ticket was raised.

We advised you that we were investigating your query with the courier and that we would get back to you as soon as we had an update.

A further response was made the following morning, Feb 15 at 10:38.

I note that your email address is a Gmail address, so if you could kindly check under each of the main tabs (Primary/Promotions/Social) to see if you are able to locate the emails. Can you also please check the Spam and All Mail folders to be thorough.

Once again, please accept my apologies for the bad experience. We pride ourselves with customer service excellence and have won awards for the past five years with our review platform partner, Feefo.

100% genuine company.

I found the LG 42 inch oled to on a site I had never heard of before, and it was a lot cheaper @ £884 than at other retailers. Poser? What to do, read a few reviews and ordered, glad I did 100% genuine company, defo recommend.
