Stay away
I was to have an operation to remove some skin from my face and a skin graph done. The op was never done and the skin pulled together without the skin graph. I have been left with a very painful, puffy eye. They simply don't care. I have seen an eye specialist who says it's the op causing my problem.

Very sadly NOT GOOD
Sadly my family have received nothing short of disgusting disrespectful lack of care by the matron in heron ward in Herne Bay. The matron has lied and threatened my family all this can be proven. Rehabilitation has been an absolute joke and just about non-existent.
This hospital needs a good shake up.
If she is in charge of administering drugs to patients she needs sacking as it has not been done according to the needs of the patient.
Some of the nurses have been amazing. She has put a Patient at extreme risk by not administering drugs properly.
The matron sadly need demoting. When administering prescription medication it needs to be done correctly not as and when they feel like it. I am shocked that this woman is even in healthcare.

Wasted half my day
After an appointment with a head consultant, I returned to the hospital, expecting another appointment. So after going all the way out to East Grinstead and waiting with my stupid mask on in the silly seating arrangement I'm told there is no problem. Excuse me? This would never happen with my hometown hospital. I saw exactly the communication because they sent me a copy. So why the sudden change in tone? Lazy, inefficient or negligent? You decide!
