They handled a simple payment from my…

They handled a simple payment from my electricity provider (SveKraft) completely wrong.
Even after I sent full proof of payment, they refused to register it correctly and kept sending messages claiming I still owed money.
Their communication is confusing, slow, and careless.
Everything was paid on time, but due to their internal mistakes I had to spend weeks fixing their error.
Avoid if you can – extremely unprofessional and unhelpful company.

The user interface is extremely…

The user interface is extremely poor—everything feels cluttered and disorganized. It's difficult to figure out which invoice to deal with because of the confusing layout, excessive text, and unnecessary tables. The entire experience is frustrating and not user-friendly.

Customer service is just as disappointing. From the first payment, it’s clear that they lack professionalism. On top of that, the fees for partial payments are unreasonably high. Overall, the service feels inefficient and not worth the hassle.

Despite my request for missing…

Despite my request for missing documents and the reply that they would get back to me within 24 hours, there was no response. You go your own way, only this is illegal.
Refusing to provide information, and many other things on website
The absolutely most important question I ask myself is it legal for an internet payment service provider to carry out debt collection services?

This inkasso is the worst in Sweden

This firm is one of the worst inkasso in Sweden they increased invoice remainders indiscriminately. They don't care about you all they are after is the money. I wish I have the means to contest this heartless firm I would have done it immediately. They send people invoice to social services for no reason.
