2nd time I've used QwikFone, I upgraded my uk fone to a S23 Ultra, must admit the S23 is pretty good, I then used my Note 20 ultra as my back up european fone, had it 3 years also purchased from QuikFone, never let me down, spent half a day sorting out the apps on both units, realy like the Samsung smart switch system, works well in doing the transfer between both units, Quikfone people are pretty helpfull, I did have a small issue with the origanal phone I booked an S22 ultra, but QuikFone very quickly took it back and returned my cash immediately, I would have no problem in buying another unit from them or recommending to friends

I bought a iPhone 16pro for my son’s birthday. I have to be honest that the cosmetic quality of the product is high end, looks like new. I will definitely be buying again. Delivery was very fast as well.

Please don't ever buy from this seller. She sell phones saying they are new when in fact they are factory seconds and refurbished with faults and come with no warranty, no user manual and just in a brown packing box. The phone arrived with a fault warning on the screen and had constant issues with charging. She is really nice in her emails about returns and refunds etc, until you return the item and then she keeps the phone, loads of my money and says I've invalidated the warranty it apparently had. She sent eBay and PayPal fake images of a damaged phone saying this is the one that I returned which eBay initially believed it so she was allowed to keep 1/3rd of my money, when the one I returned was immaculate and clean. It had been protected the whole time and wiped with screen wipe before packing so it really was immaculate. I then take it through PayPal which she dragged out for over a month. She only replied to PayPal in the final minutes to purposely drag it out.
It's clear to anyone that the phone images she sent couldn't have possibly been done even if the phone wasn't looked after well in such a short time. I think even if a toddler had played with it for years and been thrown in a toy box every day it wouldn't have looked as bad as the images she sent into eBay and PayPal pretending it was the phone which I returned.. she's a dishonest thief but PayPal decided in my favour as her lies were inconsistent throughout and the extremes she went to are nothing less than narcissistic behaviour. She lied and used gaslighting throughout the whole process. Her final gaslighting email I had to warn her that if she sends anymore I will be reporting for harassment as she continued to try and manipulate me even when in the hands of PayPal.
Please know that you have rights through PayPal to claim long after eBay and also you can contact your bank to explain and report this person to trading standards if she's done this to you too. It's clear she's done this to others from her feedback on eBay but most people don't know they can still claim long after eBays time has ran out. Dishonest Thief and the worst person I've ever had to deal with in my life.
She also goes by other names with her business such as Kwik-screen on eBay. You can check on the government website with her registered business name and number and her address that this is the same business.
Problem with phone.

Not the best customer service or product.
Prompt delivery, phone in immaculate condition, everything as described. Apart from the pin and the cable charger the phone came with a clear gel case. The cable charger didn't fit in the charging port but it was replaced very quickly. No probs at all.
I'm gutted that I have to write this about another business. The phone that I ordered 1.10.25 was not delivered by Royal Mail. I initiated an investigation by the local sorting office and they confirmed that it was not delivered. I am unable to get further involved in this dispute as the contract is between Royal Mail and Quikfone. 5 months on, still no phone or refund, and Qwikfone are refusing further action as Royal Mail have said to them the item was delivered(?!). I have had a very poor customer experience and cannot recommend. Next stop small claims court. Hopefully I will be able to update with positive news...
I am not saying they are scam, but certainly very unprofessional and flakey. I placed my order that got canceled next day with the reason: customer canceled the order (I did not!). When I questioned it I was told that the phone was not up standards and no longer in stock. I of course checked their website and same phone was up there for a higher price. As I was seeking advice from the Trading Standards, suddenly I was presented with third reason- error in listing pricing. Basically BIG NO!

Order a mobile 10 days ago, am yet to receive an update on the device despite it saying the order was on its way a day after i purchased it, I contacted the company via several different means and they were unreachable, cant understand how you aren't able to contact a company that you've bought from. They state next day shipping/delivery, but clearly i was misinformed

The order took longer than stated to arrive. On the website it said next day delivery but it took 10 days to arrive. It was also a different colour than what I had ordered but as the rest of the specification was correct (correct model, storage and condition) the colour was not a big deal to me.

Horrendous experience will never buy from them again. Item arrived fine and was only in a Jiffy bag with a sticker on with a clear plastic cover on the back. I charged it up and left it at home and used my friends phone until i had time to get used to what it did. After a week the torch on the back came on and wouldnt go off, I tried to re set the phone, rang Samsung and still no joy. Then the following day the fingerprint ID stopped working and so I asked for a refund and the website said they would offer me £67 refund??? Where in any other realm would you not receive a FULL refund within a week of it going wrong. Then the phone stopped working altogether and i couldn't switch it on. Quickfone said wipe my data off and send it back in the same packaging, but I told them i couldn't wipe the date off as i cant switch it on, in the end i put on Google to wipe off my data when they managed to get it going and sent it back with the clear cover on and in 3 Jiffy bags, the only thing missing was the sticker on the jiffy bag they sent, but they had all the details off the website. They then offered me £157 refund and i paid £220 as they said it was damaged and there is no way it could have been damaged as it never left my house all i did was put in my contacts and play a game and i never dropped it. Awful service and rubbish phone - don't use them. I took photos of the phone before i sent it back and they have never sent me any to say what the so called damage is????
