Helpful custom service! :)
I’m really satisfied with my buy. The problem is that the tracking thing confused me. It said that the item was delivered but I hadn’t received it. I got it like two days afterwards so it wasn’t a big deal, but I thought I got scammed for a sec. :)

Sorry about the confusion. I guess this order was sent as a letter without tracking with PostNord. We sometimes do that and then the tracking link never comes to live.
We have a generic template for the automatic mail notification when an order is shipped from us. I will look into if we can formulate us better that the link does not work for some shipments or if we should remove it.

Bad and cheap quality. Bad material and the flags were not equal- diffrent kind of fabric and colors.
