I worked as an official affiliate partner with Quotex and generated legitimate client activity under their affiliate program.

My affiliate dashboard reflected accrued commissions totaling approximately $24,340. My account was active and operational until it was placed under review. I was informed via Telegram that the account would be reactivated after a monitoring period and that withdrawals would be available.

Instead of reactivation, I later received a general allegation claiming that a client had registered multiple times. No client IDs, IP data, technical logs, or formal investigation report were provided.

Shortly afterward, my affiliate account was permanently closed and access was revoked. The entire commission balance of $24,340 was withheld.

I have formally requested:

• Written clarification of the alleged violation
• Technical evidence supporting the claim
• A detailed breakdown of any disputed commissions

To date, no substantiated documentation has been provided.

I possess full documentation including screenshots of my affiliate balance, communication history, and account records confirming the earned commissions.

This matter has been formally documented and reported to relevant authorities, and I have engaged an international debt recovery firm to pursue the recovery of the outstanding commissions.

Trustpilot has independently reviewed my evidence and reactivated this review following verification.

I remain open to a fair and professional resolution.

It has now been over one month since I started contacting Quotex support regarding my withheld affiliate commissions. I have sent multiple messages through official channels and Telegram, but I have received no clear resolution.

My affiliate account was closed without transparent evidence of any violation, and my earned commissions (approximately $24,340 USD) remain unpaid.

Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter professionally and privately, I am being ignored.

I strongly advise:

• Traders to exercise caution before depositing funds.
• Affiliates and marketers to carefully review the risks before promoting this platform.

If you are considering working with this company as a partner, ensure you fully understand the withdrawal and termination conditions.

I remain open to resolving this matter if the company chooses to communicate and settle the outstanding balance.

Update – Attempted Amicable Settlement

I would like to provide an important update regarding this case.

In an effort to resolve this matter privately and professionally, I offered to settle the dispute for approximately 60–70% of the total outstanding affiliate commissions (around $24,000 USD).

However, the company refused to proceed with any settlement unless I first deleted my Trustpilot review and other complaints.

I made it clear that I was willing to update or remove my review only after receiving the agreed payment, as this is standard practice to ensure fairness.

Following my refusal to delete the review before payment, I was blocked from further communication.

I remain open to resolving this issue amicably, but I cannot agree to remove documented complaints before any settlement is honored.

I opened an account with qxbroker.com and completed the required verification steps. I deposited funds and actively traded on the platform for a period of time.
When I attempted to make a withdrawal, my account was suddenly restricted. I was informed that my account was under review, and later it was terminated. I was told this was related to compliance or platform rules, although I believe my trading activity was manual and within the platform’s terms.
I contacted support to understand the exact reason and to resolve the issue, but the response did not fully clarify the situation for me. As a result, the issue remains unresolved from my side.
I am sharing this review to describe my personal experience so that other users are aware of how account restrictions and withdrawals may be handled.

I am writing this to warn everyone about Quotex. My account (ID: 68517380) was suspended immediately after I requested a withdrawal of my remaining $253 on January 28, 2026.

I traded manually and incurred a small loss, but when I tried to withdraw my balance, they blocked me, accusing me of violating terms 3.1.5 and 3.1.7.

I have gone above and beyond to prove my innocence:

I provided a high-resolution selfie with my NID and a handwritten note.
I submitted my official Salary Statements and Government Tax Certificates to prove my funds are 100% legal.

I explained that I do not use any bots or automated software.

Despite providing these legal documents, their support team sent me a cold, automated response stating: "The decision is terminal and it will not be reconsidered. Please do not contact this department anymore."

They even gave a ridiculous excuse that "transaction fees exceed the refund amount" to avoid paying back my $250. This is a clear case of withholding a client's hard-earned money without any fair manual review.

Quotex is not a transparent platform. They welcome your deposits but will find any excuse to block your withdrawals. Please stay away from this platform if you value your money and peace of mind.

I am not requesting to continue trading.

I only request additional verification approval in order to withdraw my funds.

My account shows an available balance of $2,847.86 USD.
Withdrawals are blocked due to “additional verification required”.
I have already contacted support via ticket and email multiple times since January 2nd.
No response has been provided.

Its been a while i have been trading with this platform. As trading is risky the platform is just a reliable broker. Withdraw and deposit is faster

Whenever I try to deposit money on quotex using UPI, IMPS, or Net Banking, the payment fails. When I initiate the payment process, I receive an error message, which I've included a screenshot of. The payment page doesn't load, and I'm unable to deposit funds in Indian Rupees. I have traded using crypto deposits, but I don't always have crypto available. Please resolve this issue. I am a genuine trader. Thank you.

These people are scammers and thieves. I registered and I made a withdrawal transaction two weeks ago but I did not receive my money. How long should I wait to withdraw money? Then, they are scammers and fake. I am looking for alternative solution as an ordinary response. I registered on QuMatix plateform, firstly, and I later registered on Quotex platform as an alternative similar one, for me. Off course, I do not know that they have many sources or names for your (one) platform. In addition, I always sign in and register with google account icon, so changing email is occurring with me many times. The system should detect and should not allow that. I asked many times during these two week to send my money but nothing. Finally, they closed and deleted my account and told I have no right to withdraw money. They are theives and no one work with them.

- I generate profits.
- I request a withdrawal.
- My account gets blocked immediately.
- They cite the same vague clauses about “bonus abuse” or “management decision”.
- No proof, no trade references, no concrete explanation is ever provided.

To date, my total losses with Quotex due to blocked accounts and confiscated balances amount to approximately **$89,000 USD**.

This is a repeated and systematic practice:
Allow trading → allow profits → block on withdrawal → keep the funds.

I strongly warn traders: this platform does not operate with transparency or fairness.
