Received 6 x lathes, all delayed (4-months late)
1 x CNC had the never been tested as it was missing communication cables, the motors were connected to the wrong drives and no support from the factory (Got help locally and factory refused to refund the repair!)
2 x Lathes with obvious cracks in the Castings that the factory painted over and poor base casting missing a piece 80mm wide
2 x Missing the ordered accessories.

We have lost customers and the costs are accumulating, we are looking at a USD$17,000 lose so far and Samuel and Jessie at the factory just keep ignoring us, all we asked for was a report so we could evaluate if the flaws in the casting would be critical or superficial damage...
