R1se is a geat Yoga/Pilates venue! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. You also have the option of attending hot or cool classes. The only thing is if you're a beginner and looking for structure and corrections etc then this isn't the place to start. Attend when you have a little yoga experience under your belt :-)
