Customer service is awesome
I ordered some parts and one of them was supposed to be in stock in 1-3 days. After few days, item status was updated to be in stock in 3-4 weeks. I contacted their customer service and asked if they can split my order and send available items right away. R2 replied very fast and first batch was sent on the same day. They also told that manufacturer is making product range changes and has massive delays.
Few weeks went by and estimated day came. Again status update were made and now it was unknow delivery date. I contacted customer service and asked about the estimated availability. They couldn't told exact date, because manufacturer doesn't inform supplier either.
Then I asked if they could send similar product which was in stock, also price was exactly the same. Fast reply, they said it was possible and package was sent on the same day. I didn't even have to pay extra shipping costs.
I can't thank their great customer service enough! They turned problem into a positive experience.
This wasn't my first order and definitely not my last!

YBN chains are incorrectly described as "Ti", not "TiN" for MK120 chains. When challenged, the company was rude and insulting to deal with. Could not recommend this company based on my customer experience.

Excellent customer service
I have made many purchases on their store. Everything went well. But recently, I had a product that broke over time. It was a small issue, and 90% of the products functionality was still there. I emailed them, and they requested me to send the product. They assisted me in the whole process and never had to pay a single cent. They shipped me a new product since it still was in the warranty and gave me advice on how to keep the longevity of the product. 10/10 service.

Items shipped 2.5weeks ago. Shipping to Baltics. Still items on the way. Team is friendly but doing nothing to fix the issue, only promises that it will arrive today and that will contact with shipping company for clarification. Still no info. I think should be a good shop but the servise is like you own them not they are getting money to deliver stuff. Not recommending atm.

The best store. They found the spare parts I needed immediately, even though they weren’t listed in their online shop—just by using the manufacturer’s part numbers, something no other store could do. They also provided instant support.

Dear R2bike team,
I’ve been a long-term customer and recently placed another order — a saddle, a Muc-Off funnel, and 5 liters of Muc-Off concentrate bike cleaner, including shipping.
On the day of delivery, the courier suddenly failed to deliver — which was odd, since we were at home and have a designated safe place for deliveries via the app. The status then changed to “package damaged and returned to sender.” No proactive communication from R2 whatsoever.
After reaching out to support, I received a reply proposing to cancel the damaged item (obviously the concentrate) and resend the rest. The non-damaged parts arrived shortly after, but now you refuse to refund the concentrate, claiming you’re waiting for an investigation.
Let’s be clear:
This package never reached me.
You already acknowledged the damage.
You already resent the remaining items, meaning the damaged one is with you now.
CASE CLOSED EDIT:
Refund processed + €50 voucher received. Mistakes can happen, but it's the solution that counts and sticks with you. You've definitely won me back as a customer.
