Everything was ok ...win some and lose some but over all decent ....then one day I go on to fine all pragmatic games missing which are the only ones I play ....after contacting customer services they told me they were being worked on for a better experience......soni waited .....then I made multiple deposits £100 each time totaling to around £3000 ....I played £1 spins and never had a decent win over £20 ....bonuses dropped in now and then but very rare and when they did i won £6 max ....at the moment this site is a major money eater and you will not win nothing so I wouldn't bother ....very disappointing as it was good before but now I'd stay away

Following my last review, ironically a withdrawal of £500 has not reached my account although they say it’s been paid. My bank advised it was rejected due to their department not completing the form correctly. Now when chasing this I am accused by the advisors of doing something incorrect my end. Awful experience. Something has shifted with the website. I’d steer clear now

I had 2 withdrawals dated 1st and 2nd…
I had 2 withdrawals dated 1st and 2nd Sept totalling £1500. R2P are saying the funds have been paid and provided 2 remittance advices with a company called Tok Lok Siu Ltd.
As of today I have nit received my funds and am being told by my VIP manager that they have done all they can do. I have explained that a pdf of payment details does not mean money has physically been moved
Update.... as of today Im still waiting for my withdrawn amount of £1500 to be paid into to my bank. I've now been told to wait until Friday yo get a withdrawal staus. This means its nearly 3 weeks since I made the withdrawals. This is absolutely ridiculous as I have provided my bank statement and a chat transcript from my bank to prove funds not received. Casino are saying there's nothing wrong their end a d the third party( not sure why a third party is used) is also saying nothing wrong their side. If thats the case where is my money. This is beginning to sound very suspicious. I have never had issues before but previously I was able to pay back to my card so no third party involvement. I dont understand why he casino can not pay me anx deal with the issue with third party as it appears the issue is between them.
After almost e weeks this has now been resolved and my winnings were returned to my casino account and I hsvd managed to pay out to my bank.I don't know what the issue actually was I was just told the original transactions had been unsuccessful
