I ordered number plates as well but was disappointed to find there were no screws/fixings supplied, although they may appear after a few days as I did contact them about this.

Going by other reviews I must have been unlucky, I found them awful. After a lot of searching I found a Reg. Mark I wanted so on the 31/10/2020 I ordered and paid online, which I received confirmation and order number 11028.
I didn’t hear anything else for over a week when I realised because of the second lockdown I wouldn’t be able to get the plates made where I usually go, so I contacted them to see if I could change my order and have them make the plates, I was told that they would have to check the order and would call me back this I thought would have been the same day, I called them the next afternoon and was told they couldn’t find the order, their return call the next day didn’t happen either, so I emailed strongly to stop messing me about, five minutes later I had a call which they asked if I’d been charged, I had to check with the bank and so asked if I hadn’t is the number still available?.
It turns out I wasn’t charged even though I’d had an order confirmation, I was told the number was 3 years old, other very similar numbers disappeared off their website which I found strange. I did a check on this number and was registered to a Nissan 2 1/2 years ago.
I don’t take kindly to being messed about for the best part of two weeks, and only thankful that I didn’t have to wait further for any refund.
This is the second time I had really poor service from a company this year, customers realise that things may take longer ie some Staff working from home, but it doesn’t give the companies a ticket to act that they couldn’t care less, and communicating is an inconvenience.

Highly recommend this company ,great communication , everything done for you , just waiting for plates to arrive ,happy days.

Disappointed at having to pay an extra £42 for what is described as a fast track
no mention of this on the dvla sight
