He was absolutely first class, did an excellent job of installing the cameras, concealing the wiring etc. He stayed with us as long as necessary to explain the software and the App. Wouldn’t hesitate to get him in again to do work for us

Raaj has done quite a bit of work for us since we moved into the locality (they do travel a bit though!) and in all cases, the work has been carried out to the highest standard, with attention to detail and with the professional courtesy not often seen with local businesses.

One of the USPs for getting Raaj CCTV to do your work is that there is never a hard sell or an up-sell (both of which are my biggest pet peeves). Your requirements are discussed and then you are given options and the choice is always yours.

Raaj came highly recommended and takes pride in the service the business provides which shows in the finished product as well. I have no doubt we will be using them again for any future work.

After waiting 8 weeks for another installer who kept promising to come and survey we contacted Raaj who came 2 days later as promised. Raaj and Tas were very knowledgeable and professional. He told me which alarm to order myself and he would provide the cctv system. Once the alarm was delivered he came the next day (as promised) to install. The install took 2 days and Raaj explained things as he went along and left everything tidy. As we are an older couple he was quite willing to go over things a second time to make sure we understood fully. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Raaj came out and gave me a no obligation quote for cctv and a ring door bell 2 fitting, he and his wife were very professional and knew exactly what I needed and offered his services at a very competitive rate. Raaj turned up the following week at the time he said he would and wouldnt leave until everything was perfect with the install. I would highly recommend Raaj CCTV. Lovely couple who offer a very fair priced service.

I had my cctv installed by a weekend warrior, unfortunately the system was not fitted properly. I contacted Raaj and explained my problem, he was so helpful and understanding and agreed to visit my house the next day.
Raaj turned up and n time and was so polite and professional, the problem was found and a very reasonable quote was provided.

My partner and I were keen to look at options on CCTV at our new home. We subsequently invited RAAJ CCTV round to survey the property and discuss our options. From the minute they arrived, I was hugely impressed with their professional knowledge and their ability to understand what we wanted. They presented options to us, discussed our budget and made their recommendations in a purely informative, none pushy way. We proceeded with the discussed options, and Raaj was round in a matter of days to get the work done. His workmanship is exemplary; the work was completed efficiently and the job is incredibly tidy - all camera mounts and associated wires are very neatly laid both internally and externally. The equipment is top notch, and Raaj took the time to ensure we were fully up to speed with using the equipment before he left. I cannot recommend them highly enough; their work ethic, professional ability and general attitude to providing a top notch service from start to finish is exceptional. All completed with a smile and a laugh; great people and no doubt life long friends. I will use them for all home security & CCTV requirements in the future and would strongly recommend you do the same as you’d be hard pressed to find a better business in the industry.
