Delivery was much faster than anticipated with good notice and communication from UPS! Blinds were easy to install and look just like the photos.

What I bought was well désignes and easy to installe I really recomend!

I placed an order for window blinds over two months ago, and I still haven’t received anything. Not even a proper update. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable for any online store.
To make things worse, when I contacted customer service to cancel the order, they refused, claiming they "can't cancel it" — despite the fact that they haven't delivered anything yet. No transparency, no accountability.
This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I strongly recommend avoiding this webshop unless you enjoy paying for products that never arrive.

Everything worked as expected; we ordered the Stick2Fit Pleated blinds, and they arrive on time (even earlier), the looked just as expected & it was very easy to install (especially after getting the hang of it with the first one)

I ordered the Roman blinds with thermo layer and I am super happy with them and the whole experience - from the instructions on how to measure for the blinds, to customer service which I called and asked if it’s possible to speed up the order to finally great communication and keeping me up to date on the progress. Not to mention that every time I called they already knew everything about my order because they matched my phone number to it. Highly recommended 🙌

I ordered few curtains and blinds for my house after the renovation with Tuiss Raamdecoratie. Overall I am happy with the service as they have a very good quality products for the more affordable price, and the service was really great. All products were delivered even earlier then expected, packaged very nicely with clear instructions on the website how to install it. There is a great option with the Insurance in case if you are measuring yourself, my suggestion is always to include it for your order. With insurance I was able to to receive support on the curtains which I received in a bit different length vs what I expected (not sure if it was my mistake or from the company). So everything was resolved quite quickly and I am really happy with their service!
