I came across this website last week and have now ordered twice from them already. I found the customer service so far has been great and I’ve received what I ordered in good condition. There were a couple of items that were out of stock but I had a telephone call to ask if I wanted to swap for something else. I found that very helpful. I’m so pleased I’ve found this Thai store online where I can get my favourite goodies and groceries. The delivery service was super fast as I received my stuff 48 hours later. I will order from them again once I’m finished with all the stuff I’ve ordered so far.

Reply to Leni, I dare you to put picture of the fruit with you review. To me it worst when you want to eat something for free and use this trick. I even ask my fellows customers none of them think I should refund you the money. Someone like you is not worth the time to speak to for more second.

A very rude and bad customer service. Ordered £125 worth, almost everything is find except of 1kg salaca worth £18, all are rotten.I sent pictures,she apologised initially but then she said "it's meant to be like that isn't it???" I sent more pictures and she called me and said they all meant to be like that, when I explain that I know how the good and test salaca looks like, she yelled "you know what! You can have your money back"! And hang up???

The food was very fresh, quick next day delivery. Brilliant customer service would definitely order from again.

No response to questions via email about their products. poor customer service

I received the product that 30 packs will expire in a few days. A few customers complained about the same issue before. I should have read reviews before ordering their products.

This is my first and last time buying their products.

I have been shopping for Thai foods over 20th years and this is the best quality of foods I ever get in the uk, Raan Nuch fresh veg its reminding me of home

RED FLAG! Don’t buy this website otherwise, you’ll get expired food. I got some items that have already expired for 2 months but they still shipped them to me without checking them. It’s horrible, unacceptable, and unprofessional. I emailed them about this to show the evidence but they don’t even reply until I called them and asked them to check the email. Bad customer service and lack of communication. I will never ever buy anything from this shop again

We've used Raan Nuch a few times and are absolutely delighted with the products they sell as well as the quick service they provide. We have bought Thai Isaan food from here and my Thai wife has said it is all honestly the genuine article. They operate a very quick service for the products they have in stock which are clearly marked on their easy to follow website. Even me as a relatively old Farang can work that out! The very pleasant lady owner is always happy to help as well.

They never answer customer emails but they always find time to post on their facebook page.
RUDE

Made an order just after Christmas 2021. Then received a message that they would not be back at work until 3rd Jan. Was reasonably expecting delivery before end of that week.
Nothing. Emailed them on 11th Jan. No reply.
Now 13th July (more than 2 weeks after order) - no email reply, no delivery.
UPDATE: Have now received a nicely worded email explaining they had just moved shop - resulting in the delay; and have refunded my purchase

Beware of any online shopping that has little to no communication and no reviews. If you can't get in touch prior to making a purchase, then don't bother making purchases you can neither trace nor receive information about. Also means customer service is non-existent in the event of purchase/delivery issues.

I was so excited about the site and range of products, but terribly disappointed in the poor comms, which has ultimately impacted on my trust in the organisation.

Bad system. I put correct address for delivery and billing address online. The system swap that detail. ( I even went back to check that I put them correct or not). Then I saw confirmation email so I replied to inform them the mistake. Still no response and end up sending to wrong address. The products in the website are various though.
