I have used Rabby Wallet for many months. I have a majority of my portfolio in PulseChain. When Rabby stopped integration with pulsechain, i began scrabbling for a new wallet to use. This is painful for me. Rabby is definitionally going in the wrong direction.
Step up and do the right thing Rabby.

rabby.io is not a good to me anymore because they stopped supporting my chain without any explanation and when ask why they pretty much told me to f off. me and my friends and family will not be using rabby anymore..... very poor customer service.

A good wallet, nice interface just very disappointed that they delisted Pulschain...a big negative for me hence the low score.

First it looked like a very use full wallet. Then out of the blue, they delisted PulseChain with NO communication! Now you have to enter your „custom chain“ and „custom token“ manually and still don’t see the values in the overview, nor can you track your transactions. not a nice experience, not at all

Sorry, this app ist made very well, but for some unknown reasons, they removed the PulseChain support and so it is just a useless extension for me. Moreover, rabby never gave an explanation of the move. Very sad.

Rabby deleted pulsechain blockchain with no reason, absolutely unrecommended

This is one of the best wallets on the market, but overnight they decided to remove support the 6th largest blockchain by volume (PulseChain) in the world and the chain my clients assets are all held on! My whole business and clients assets are now not viewable. I brought hundreds of client to Rabby from Metamask and some moron at their offices thought it may be a good idea to pull the rug out from thousands of clients on a whim. It feels like they were threatened or coerced as they won't tell their user why this action was taken. People are furious and so am I. I very good way to commercially damage your company. It will be some kick back deal or payoff from a competing blockchain, but the users are reading this for what it is. Betrayal of their own customer base in very competitive market. Hope the payoff was worth it and legal case that may arise through damages from businesses from this outage.

Nope. Their decision to no longer support Pulsechain without any explanation was a no-go for me. Do not recommend anymore.

Had my entire portfolio with Rabby when, without any explanation, they stopped supporting a major chain that had huge volume... caused major disruption and stinks of some sort of corruption. Had to move everything to another wallet. Real shame cause Rabby was pretty good and this has smashed their reputation.

Bring Pulsechain back. Dropping Pulsechain has no solid reason. It’s a shame we can’t continue this journey. I loved using Rabby

This platform has demonstrated poor business practices by abruptly ending support for Pulsechain while continuing to support chains with significantly lower usage. No clear explanation has been provided to the public, which raises concerns about the motivations behind their decisions. This lack of transparency suggests that decisions are driven more by external influence than ethical standards or user interests.

I strongly advise against using this wallet. The willingness to make impactful changes without offering users any justification reflects a disregard for accountability. Proceed with caution and select another wallet.

This wallet software removed support for Pulsechain one of the top Blockchain projects without explanation. This happened overnight leaving hundreds of thousands of users unable to use their assets with this wallet. This is the opposite of what decentralization stands for and the team is acting like a gatekeeping middleman. At the same time they keep supporting dubious chains the put your assets at risk, it's a very concerning behavior. I hope this gets resolved. I know many users including me have been contacting the team with no response and there's no clarity behind their decisions.

Traitorous behaviour delisting the only truly decentralised chain. A once great EVM wallet, no longer trusted . Sad

Rabby used to be my go-to wallet, but dropping support for PulseChain is a completely baffling decision. This is a huge letdown and the main reason I won’t be using Rabby anymore. Very disappointing—0 stars from me!
