I ordered a customized jersey and they sent it with the name misspelled. When I contacted customer service, they told me it was my fault for misspelling the name, which was spelled the way I wanted it, so I emailed back and asked for clarification and received only the same message that they couldn't read the letters and therefore it was my fault. Worst customer experience I have ever seen.
Buyer Beware!!! Ordered a Panthers Jersey for my wife. Paid an additional $27 for expedited shipping in 6-9 business days. Checkout failed to mention that there is a 15-20 business day processing before it even gets to shipping. Still dont have jersey and have requested a full refund at this point. Last response was that she was checking with factory to see if it could be cancelled if not shipped. Advised she would let me know in a moment. Nothing since no tracking...now protesting charge on my cc. Scammers!
So, the jerseys run a little small but I got a couple sizes up and it fits great! There was a slight delay but customer service was excellent which is why I am giving 5 stars. I got a custom name on the back and the printing was very well done!
Be sure to follow other customers' guidance, this company sells products which are far too small. I bought my wife a XL NFL jersey for her birthday which, based on the sizing chart should have easily fit her but instead was not even close to fitting her. It was more like a junior size jersey. Racame refused to replace the jersey for a larger size and only offered me a discount on buying a new jersey. I'll stick with 'Fanatics' or Amazon in future, they understand the meaning of customer service.
I would not recommend ordering from this site. Their sizes run small as other reviews mentioned and racame will not take returns or exchanges if the company mailed you the size you ordered and it doesn't fit the way you prefer. Also do not pay extra for faster shipping. It takes 5-7 business days to process the order (this is not mentioned at checkout) and then once shipped the 6-9 days begin for delivery. I ordered mine March 1 and received it March 14. Three days after my daughter's birthday. Lesson learned to order directly from the actual NFL website.
