It’s not an honest company. They are built off not being transparent. They don’t care about you! They’re like politicians! Snakes. Be careful. Before you pay, find out about all their catches. There’s a lot of them. You’re probably better off a a local one that takes accountability.
After our car would not start we called the insurance company. They called in RACC for home assistance on Saturday night. At first the mechanic could not find our address, this is because we live somewhat remote. But when he arrived at our house he helped us very pleasantly and well! The car battery was defective. When we asked him to call Norauto in Blanes for us, he was able to arrange with Norauto that we could go to Norauto Girona that same Saturday evening, since the specific battery for our car was only available there. He managed to start our car and we were on our way to Girona. We were helped in a very pleasant way and in no time we could return home with a new battery. Perfect service, very customer-oriented. Great to have such a good company nearby.
