Event Platform and Marketing Service
The Racespace event platform is ideal for our multi day and single day ultra events. We have used them for years and really like the platform and the support we get.
Their new accelerator service is fantastic to help with marketing the event.

We've been working with Race Space for many years and they just get what an Event Organiser needs. Everything we ask for is done quickly and efficiently and they always find a solution if we request something which is out of the ordinary. Their service and response time is superb and we're so glad we moved to them from our previous registration partner. We would highly recommend them.

The website is awful
The website is awful, completely confusing. It’s registered me twice and won’t let me amend to put me and my son. No one to call. No help. Really put me off registering for Total Warrior again.

They take no responsibility of any problems with event organizers
They promote and process orders and payments for other events, but when things go wrong with the event organizers they refuse to take any responsibility or take any action to help, they simply claim that they just provide the platform and will only offer to contact the organizers on your behalf. This is not good enough, you should make sure that the event organizers using your platform are conducting business in an honest way and act on it when they aren't.
