Ordered a monitor stand from RaceAnywhere as an EU customer. Product arrived in good condition, well-packaged, and matched the description on the site.

Horrible customer service experience for a faulty set of pedals that have been intermittently disconnecting. For an issue that happens randomly where the pedals will disconnect and go to 100% throttle and only way to fix this is disconnecting the usb and connecting it again. Answered all trouble shooting issues and because they haven't had the same issue I've had while testing the pedals they are refusing to refund me as just outside of the timeframe so instead are trying to offer store credit.Which is a joke as clearly there is an issue with the pedals as others have also had this problem and Simagic advise to return to them.

Visited in person. Great service from Kat and Martin - helped me choose the right replacement pedals and couldn't do enough to help. Nothing was too much trouble. And they stock seats I can fit into! Awesome!
