Racecheck makes our post-race reviews easy! We find that runners are much more likely to reply to surveys on Racecheck than any other platform we've used. We get valuable feedback, and love the standardized rating system so we can see how our races compare year over year. Customer service has been fantastic and we always receive immediate responses to any questions or unique requests that we have.

Racecheck has been a huge value add for the Salt Pans Ultra Marathon. Travelling to the Makgadikgadi Salt Pans of Central Botswana is not a small undertaking especially from Europe and North America. All the positive Racecheck reviews by runners who have made the trip gives new runners the confidence to enter. It is also a great way to get runner feedback on how we are doing so we can improve every year. Love it!

As an event organiser ourselves, Racecheck has been a great discovery, a trusted source of independent peer reviews from participants specifically for the challenge events industry giving us a space to showcase our credibility. The 'smart questions' are a real game changer as they provide a space for participants to share additional information about their experience with us which they may not have wanted to share publicly which has provided us with some great insights.

Very strange website. It does not accept reviews beyond a certain length, which is fine, but it doesn't tell you that ahead of time, or warn you, it just errors with "Enter your review" despite a wall of text being there. I only found out it was the length by trial and error; I kept removing stuff until it worked.

At that point my review was nonsensical, but once a submit has happened there's no way of changing it. Believe it or not, you can't edit, or delete your reviews.

There's also some very strange metrics it doesn't track, like why no rating for surface quality? Value for money? Instead we have abstract things like "Sustainability" (how can any participant possibly know this?).

It's a useful resource despite all that, but yeah...

EDIT: regarding the response. I actually tried to submit the review multiple times across a week, using different browsers, with the same error each time. I am sure I could recreate it now. I don't know if it is length or some control character or something else. Only your end has the means to diagnose this issue.

Sustainability: again, as participants we can't possibly know the reality of this from just looking at paper cups or whatever, but my point was more: why not allow ratings for surface quality, etc?

As for the edit function, obviously emailing support with review corrections isn't a practical system for a review site.

Racecheck make it simple to gather valuable post race feedback that is concise and usable. The team are innovative. Understanding the requirements of event organisers to request, analyse, and display their participants experience. We look forward to working with them for many years to come.

Racecheck is integrated with the RaceNation entry platform, which enables organisers to display their reviews at point of entry, and easily contact participants via SMS or email to secure reviews.

Racecheck has been an extremely valuable tool for us to garner feedback from our racers, both positive and constructive, and publicly displays this feedback and our responses for anyone to see. This platform facilitates transparency - allows current athletes a platform to be heard (most of whom want to thank us for an amazing experience - but not always), makes us accountable (for the good and those things that can be improved), and provides potential racers the ability to review it all so they can make a more informed decision as to whether they will participate in our events.

The five star rating system is ubiquitous and easily digestible for broad level understanding, and the comments and follow up smart questions allow us to better understand what athletes value the most. We have received some excellent suggestions, many of which have been incorporated into our events - with small (and sometimes big) tweaks.

Without feedback, you putter along blindly, but when you have this level of information coming directly from participants, it confirms the good (which is awesome) and identifies areas for improvement that you might not be aware of.

We've been using Racecheck for all of our races (10 total) for less than a year and are already seeing some great results.
