Overall good experience. Product was shipped quickly and arrived quickly as well. Unfortunately for me the car I bought it for was a little more involved for the installation than I was willing to tackle on a new 150k dollar car. Communication for installation instructions was slow but being in the US and they in Germany there is a good excuse. Installation instructions came in email as well before the product arrived but was not vehicle specific. Same with what was in the box.

Would buy again for different car. Still waiting on refund so this may change my review if I don’t have a good experience there.

I bought the race chip for my veloster turbo and 100% love it!! Shipping time was fantastic, with it coming from Germany to PA in just a few days. The packing was fantastic and the install was super easy. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, they even include a little guide booklet with tips on how to remove differnt kinds of connectors. Very pleased with this product.

The product is good, I am pleased with performance, however, Customer Service is horrible.
Pictures of my vehicles engine were sent via email ahead of the product iteslf, it showed A,B & C connectors, but had no instructions, just pictures, when the product arrived with the installation instructions it only showed pictures and instructions on connecting A & B with no mention of C. I emailed RaceChip support and they merely sent more pictures of my engine, but this time it was for the wrong engine and still no mention of connector C.
I had to look at online Forums and finally found one where they were speaking of the same issue I had, I followed what they said and connected C, I have had no issues and the performance increase is good.
I suggest they hire people that can answer questions and send instructions that are complete.

Wonderful product. Just installed on my BMW M340i. I absolutely feel the power difference. I highly recommend this product. Fast shipping, easy installation, and the app is user friendly.

Racehip+ DTS Black works great! It was easy to install once I knew where my boost pressure sensors were located. Very easy to operate and very noticeable difference in performance increases across the low, mid, and high ranges.

Improved the mid range power band so it works. Not the 70 HP promised but I never expected that anyway.
Worth the money! Had a tuner shop install it. Installed it on LandRover Discovery Sport so keep that in mind this was never a race car to begin with.

Hi, my car had 19 inch wheels and I replace them with 20s, by doing so the car lost some power, so I began to find a way to gain the horse power back and found Race Chip, after reading the specs I was convinced that this Chip would work, so ordered it, installed it (is very easy to install) and road tested the car, I gained all the HP back and more, I'm really happy with my car, thanks RaceChip.

Big difference. Better than I expected! The car is a lot different. Now 580hp but actually feels twice as fast and twice as responsive... Much more fun to drive! Thanks!

I just installed the Race Chip in a 2014 M6 Convertible. There was a noticeable and significant difference in an already powerful car. I believe the 99 horsepower gain as advertised. So far I am impressed.

The performance from this chip is nothing like I've ever seen. Great alternative to remapping.

I thought it was gonna be challenging to put this in my Audi A4. It literally took 15min. Two cables and done. The zip tying took the most time. I recommend getting the Bluetooth connection as well. Thx racechip!!
