The withdrawal process i sa bit slower than proimsed, but not critically so. The slots are mostly great, and they do actually pay out.

I put in my last $20 yesterday. Thought they'd be gone, and yeah, they were gone. Now I'm just waiting until I can make another deposit. Gonna win it back for sure

Honestly, I was already in the red by the third day - the RTP of some games is lower than advertised. You gotta be careful choosing providers.

Played for a bit and actually walked away with a small win - not bad at all. Definitely worth another slot.

I didn’t deposit a big amount, but everything I won, I was able to cash out with no problems — and that’s what matters most to me.

Hello, SSJ GOD!
We're very sorry to hear that you’ve had a negative impression of our platform. Please rest assured that RaceUp is a licensed online casino, and all operations are carried out strictly according to the terms and conditions you accepted when registering.
If you weren’t able to withdraw your funds, please don’t worry — this doesn’t mean you’ve been scammed. There is always a specific reason for a declined withdrawal (for example, verification not completed, bonus conditions not met, or incorrect payment details). In such cases, we always send detailed instructions and explanations to the email address you provided at registration, so we strongly recommend checking your inbox carefully — including the Spam or Promotions folders.
We also kindly ask you to contact our support team directly. You can do this easily through the live chat on our website or via the support request form. Our team will be happy to investigate your case, explain everything clearly, and help you complete the process. It's very important to us that every player feels supported and knows their issue won’t be ignored.
We’d really appreciate the opportunity to resolve this situation and hope you might reconsider your rating once everything is sorted out. We’re always open to dialogue and committed to transparency.
Thank you for reaching out!

I sometimes visit this website to have fun. The site usually works pretty fast, but sometimes there are slight delays. I had to contact tech support a couple of times to withdraw money. They respond pretty quickly. They helped me withdraw my winnings. Overall, it's a good casino to spend your time at.
