I love Rachel Ellen products
I love Rachel Ellen products, the quality is wonderful and have bought and will no doubt continue to buy. The reason I have given 3 stars is due to paying for next day delivery for a gift (the value of my order was enough to qualify for free standard delivery which I should have opted for) when I contacted customer services I was simply told that next day is not guaranteed. I then had to pay postage again to send it to my niece and nephew as it was a gift which was not received in time

The cards are beautifully designed very bright and cheerful really pleased with my purchase. The only downside was the post office got my package sent to the wrong place so I received it a day late for my grandsons birthday . But I will save it for next year as I loved the design.
