I bought Rachel Galley’s “World’s First…

I bought Rachel Galley’s “World’s First Lab Grown Diamond Sleep Stud Earrings” in December 2025 (Order #65506). After only about 2–3 months of use, the earrings began turning black and the gold colour darkened badly. I also developed an ear infection after wearing them, and the experience has been especially concerning because I am pregnant.

For jewellery at this price and with a stated warranty, I did not expect such poor durability in such a short time. I have contacted customer service and asked for an urgent resolution.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend these earrings.

I bought 4 Gold Bars for £98

I bought 4 Gold Bars for £98, and when they eventually arrived, I was disappointed as only 1/1000 of an ounce of gold, which equates to around £20, but I paid £98, so I sent them back and had to pay the postage, and 4 weeks later still have not received the postage back as of yet, even though they mentioned the Bank Holiday, I will never deal with this company as no Customer services as always busy and get the same email back with exact words of I can understand your frustration

Product not fit for Purpose & worse customer service

I bought the Diamond earings with the flat screw on back, as an adult I would expect them to fit but they looked like they where about to fall out of my ears. I then tried a normal back to secure them and unfortunately lost the diamond ear ring the first day I wore them. On speaking to Customer service they would not allow me to buy a Single replacement earing and offered no solution to the fact they are loose in my ears and not fit for purpose. Terrible product and worse Customer Service!

Dubious at first … couldn’t have been more wrong !

After reading some of these reviews AFTER I’d bought 2 sets of emerald sleeper studs, I was worried. Tales of jewellery being delivered missing or faulty, not real silver/gold, items taking ages to arrive and being shipped from India etc etc really made me panic! I had nothing to worry about, my jewellery arrived 2 days later, perfectly packaged and in perfect condition. The earrings are very heavy, and the ball back fastenings are very big which makes it difficult to put them together on my 2nd and 3rd lobes, but that’s also a schoolboy error on my part for not being patient and waiting until they had fully healed ! Don’t take any notice of the rubbish reviews, the jewellery I received is beautiful and well worth the money I spent!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Jewellery falls apart after a matter of weeks and then when you try to sort out replacement or refund they just fob you off.
Do not believe the 6 month guarantee that they send. They drag the returns process out. 3 weeks I've been waiting for a returns label to ve sent.
Absolutely rubbish Jewellery and after sales service.
They are basically taking your money and sending out Jewellery that's not even fit enough to be put in a poor quality Christmas cracker.

I purchased a set of rose gold rings…

I purchased a set of rose gold rings from Rachel’s Gallery on 5 December. Within only a couple of months, two of the rings have completely lost their rose gold plating, leaving the base metal showing through. This is extremely disappointing given how recently they were purchased.

I have sent multiple emails to the company about the faulty jewellery but have received no response at all, which is even more frustrating. At the time of writing, the issue still hasn’t been acknowledged despite their advertised 100-day guarantee.

The designs are nice, but the quality and customer service have been very poor in my experience. I would have expected both the jewellery and the support to last longer than this.

Lattice band ring

I fell in love with the lattice band and requested as a birthday present from my husband and son one in gold with amethyst. My birthday is in October, by the end of February all but 3 of the stones had fallen out, and it wasn't gold but gold plated, and that had begun to wear too! Very, very disappointed, I will not buy or request jewellery from this site, and will not recommend. The ring was not cheap, buyers expect more when shopping online as we cannot see in real time!! Be better!!

Versa half eternity ring

Versa half eternity ring. Bought Jul25. Several of the stones have fallen out, as they are tiny I don't have the stones, they're lost. I wear a similar ring that was my mum's which hasn't lost a diamond in 76 years and my wedding ring has same size diamonds, I've worn it for 33 years. I've been told to return the thing for inspection, but have been waiting for the return label for 4 weeks.
