Ordered a Rasor 1800 Range Finder.

Arrived the next day due to Dave in sales going beyond the call and rushing it down to the PO.

I was so impressed with the company this is my firt Trustpilot review.

I wanted some Vortex binoculars but I was a bit sceptical about using this company, I'd never heard of them and their prices were considerably cheaper than elsewhere which seemed too good to be true.

I looked up the Vortex distributor in the UK
(NewProUK) and found Racing Binoculars on the list of approved dealers so I took a punt.

I placed my order before 10am and had an email from the owner shortly after confirming the item would be despatched the same day.

Today, as planned, the binoculars arrived. Really well packaged and with a freebie cleaner which was a nice gesture.

Overall I am very happy and glad I made the decision to give Racing Binoculars a try. I saved myself over £200 in the process!

I ordered a pair of binoculars at the start of the lockdown and they were posted to me in the UAE immediately. As they did not arrive I contacted Racing Binoculars and Dave responded immediately. He determined that they were lost in transit and sent me another pair straight away. It took a while to get to me but Dave followed up and tracked them regularly. Thank you for the personal attention during such a tough time. I am so pleased with them and really glad Dave persisted and got them to me.

Used the official website rather than eBay.saves both parties. Fantastic to see retailers doing things themselves as well as third party sites. Was impressed with the descriptions, the service, the communications from Dave.
