Ordered a wheel and a base one year ago. After a problem with the downshift paddle, I had to send it back to them. I had a really good experience for the entire process with Max. I had update all along and Max answered all my questions. They ended up by sending a new wheel because the manufacturer said so. As it was still on warranty I just had to pay for the shipping fee. Really great sale AND after-sale service !
