Great customer service

I accidentally broke my dock and Racketware was kind enough to replace it for me no charge.

I've only had the sensor a short time, and in this time the app has had numerous update as they have been quick to add additional functionality and various improvements.

So far I have focused mainly on the match aspect of the game, and it seems quite useful in tracking your play so you can see which aspects of your game need improvement (Is your BH Drop weak? Do you go to your FH too much, etc.). I can see this being quite valuable as you track your matches and look for areas to improve.

The swing analysis looks very interesting. I know that there definitely areas of my swing that I need to improve. In the short analysis I did, it immediately pointed out 2 areas that were quite off from the desired ideal swing. It seems to be very accurate, in that when I lent my racket to one of our local pros and he had a go at things, his swing matched very closely what the ideal swing was.

Have your (squash) flaws pointed out to you!

The sensor collects a huge amount of data about the shots you play, both during a match and during a practice session. The app then aggregates and presents the results to you in a variety of ways. For example, after a match it can show you which kinds of shots were winners and which were losers; for practice sessions it can compare your swing to that of a good player and highlight how consistent and accurate it is. Either way, most of us are in for a lot of bad news :) If you want to improve your squash, having such a wealth of impartial data is invaluable; otherwise, steer clear!

The company provides excellent support, and the app is constantly being improved to provide new ways of analysing the data that the sensor collects. Highly recommended.

A racket sensor to improve your squash game!!

It's fantastic to see a new bit of kit in the world of squash! I have always been a fan of data and analysis when it comes to sport, so to have something I can attach to my racket that instantly feeds back to my phone has been a dream. I mostly use it during solo practice but the match play feature is an added bonus. As a coach, I am excited to see the new updates to support coaches coming soon. Highly recommend for all the squash enthusiasts out there!

This is a brilliant product!

This is a brilliant product!! It worked first time out of the box and records every time I play a match and analyses my swing.
The practice mode is great for analysing your swing and focuses on different aspects- preparation, impact speed and follow though etc- I am now hitting the ball more cleanly with a higher impact speed and better length control.
The game mode is great and I am encouraging my regular squash partners to get one as well so we can record all of the strikes in our games.
I didn’t find the weight of the sensor to be an issue and I don’t notice it now.
If u are a serious squash player and want to improve and measure your performance this is a great product!?

When I first heard about Racketware I…

When I first heard about Racketware I was very excited to get one ordered. After in arrived (quickly it only took 3 days) it was really easy to fit to my racket. It came with a new grip and a fitting so you could use it on my other racket too.
Anyway I was amazed by the the app and the videos that are in there too. I have not only improved my hitting of the ball but also Racket ware helped me with getting my self in a better position on court and getting my racket ready for the next shot ( I did not even know I was doing this all wrong) The replay of my shot showed me simply where I was going wrong. If you are thinking of buying one I would strongly recommend it to you, I have already told lots of people at my club who are now also bought the sensor. It definitely works and improves you game it also tracks you play and your practice too
