The panel is user friendly and IP is clean with regards to the censorship we are facing in Iran (Persia).
please consider a possibility for IP change if Iranian users get blocked by vast filtering in here.
the support was awesome and friendly and the server faced no downtime until now, but notice i am using for personal usage and im trying to keep the usage low so the censorship program wouldnt notice this IP.

I was looking for reseller hosting with a data center in the EU at an affordable price and adequate server resources. The lack of initial .hu domain nameserver verification was solved by Cloudflare and cPanel Migration took place quickly.
My websites at RackNerd are working perfectly! I have good experiences, I recommend them!

I've had so many problems with previous Hosting providers... At some stage I wanted to give up because these problems reflected to my clients (and some of them are with us for almost 2 decades).
Then I came across an advertisement about RackNerd (forgot where). If I new where was this I would buy them a gift :-). Since I joined there was no problem that they (Rack Nerd) could't help in metter of minutes. The server runs like a charm, polite and friendly support. I've been using a vps from them for all my sites for over 2 years, not a single problem. I have another vps that I use for various things and any problems were taken care immediately. Add their prices on top of that and you can't go wrong.

This guys sometimes don't want to do their work at all. I spent few hours to prove it. Then they couldn't fix it for half a day. They just didn't know what to do and was forwarding all to issues of my developers.

Finally, they resolved but i lost a lot of time and money. Don't recommend.

Racknerd support is excellent and any issues are worked out so quickly. Very easy to navigate in the back office and set up websites with standard C Panel. Highly recommend Racknerd !
