Ich habe bei **Rad123.de** ein Kinderfahrrad der Marke **Woom** gekauft und bin absolut begeistert vom Service und der Unterstützung durch das Team von Rad123.de bzw. Zweirad Vogel. Obwohl die Spedition das Fahrrad leicht beschädigt hatte (wofür der Händler natürlich nichts konnte), wurde mir sofort eine Reparatur in einer Fachwerkstatt in meiner Nähe ermöglicht – unkompliziert und schnell! Auch später, als eine kleine Nachbesserung nötig war, hat Rad123.de dies sofort übernommen.
