After reading all the reviews for Radecal Machine Sales, and as a representative of Mantech UK Ltd. I can confirm that Radecal machine Sales were a direct 'competitor' of Mantech UK Ltd.

Whilst no one wants to see the demise of a UK Business in any Circumstance, Mantech UK Ltd acquired 'through liquidation' Radecal's remaining Stock Machines, Parts and Intellectual Property.
Whereas Mantech cannot honour any Guarantee's offered by Radecal, we are now in a position to assist Service Issues, Supply Parts and Technical Support, to all Ex Radecal Customers, as well as offering our own vast range of production machinery, giving them a valuable lifeline, supporting the machines they acquired through Radecal to enhance their Businesses. Many have already contacted us through the web link from Radecals site, and are extremely relieved that they have ongoing support, of course there are also disgruntled ones understandably, due to the liquidation of Radecal.

In Contrast, Mantech UK Ltd have 'bucked the trend' and expanded rapidly in the last Years, gaining Sales momentum from the level of support offered to our Customers, who have referred many more following their experience.

18/9/19 UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW
What can i say!! We finally had a visit from the Chief Engineer at Radecal Machines at the end of JUNE 2018, 7 months after our initial contact with him. He was unable to fix the Piranha 1313 & in fact left it in a worse condition than he found it.

We opted for court proceedings & won our case, whilst the company was still active. They have since liquidated the company & we are still waiting for our awarded amount, if indeed there will be anything at all.

Radecal Machine Sales is now up & running again & powered by Mantech Machinery, Oldbury, West Midlands, using the same email & website addresses. Let's hope Mantech can make a better job of what proved to be a deceitful & incompetent company, a brave move on their part continuing with the name.

Radecal laser machines are poor quality and deadly. Avoid as the aftercare and warranty doesn’t mean anything. Ensure you get the correct paperwork if you are crazier enough to buy one and it has been wired to Uk specifications as they are Chinese imports.

I own a Piranha 1530 cnc. Does anyone have an owner manual for maintenance and setup? Would be much appreciated.

After countless attempts to get in touch with someone at Customer Services to fix my CNC, and with absolutely no response, I was forced to go elsewhere...I how glad I am that I did!
I spoke to the friendly team at Opus CNC, who got one of their engineers out the same day, and now my machine is back up and running. This is a stark contrast from my previous experience, so much so that I wished I had bought from them in the first place.

For Radecal customers requiring training and technical support/repairs - we are using Bionica Systems who are now kindly supporting us (but of course they do charge which is fair enough). Life savers. We have signed up with them as a 3rd party warranty supplier as we prefer this over their day rate. Wish I had bought one of their machines now as their service has been spot on.

i am hearing rumors that Radecal machines have gone under administration. I have tried to get a warranty repair now for over 2 weeks but no one is responding on the phone and the website is off line.
i really need an engineer to fix this unit does anyone have any contacts as its stopping work going out .

Absolutely appalling support! - Machines are great but don't bother buying one as the support is shocking. You can never get hold of anyone, I have several issues open for months and months with no resolution. Wrong parts sent, machines not finished being set up, multiple emails that just get totally ignored! Including my latest one saying 'please get back to me or ill have to post awful reviews online' - Clearly, they either don't care of have woefully inadequate systems/staff in place.

Yet another example of appalling customer service. We telephoned yesterday and it has taken 24 hours to generate a 'holding email' which provides us with little comfort that an engineer will be visiting us soon. The original response was that somebody would be in touch yesterday afternoon. When we purchased the machine in April 2018 there were delays in its commissioning and we were provided with numerous dates as to why it didn't happen, none of which were convincing. Since then, the issues that we have experienced have never been dealt with promptly and they give us (the customer) the feeling that they are doing us a favour.

Fantastic company that helped me whilst I was growing my own business. I was deeply saddened to hear the owner passed away at a young age as he was truly a nice guy. The team and the products and services I can highly vouch for. One of the rare companies that actually look after their customers and provide great value.

Terrible support from this company. Dont buy from them unless you are prepared to have no support going forward.

Purchased a laser from Radecal, hassle free installation and it works like a dream. I did have a few queries to start as new to the operations and Tech Support were so helpful and even sent a few samples out to me to try out. I’d recommend to any crafter.

I bought my cnc router from radical a few years ago now and yet i gave them a call today for help with a problem i had and the help i got was fantastic a great team and a great product still running like new thank you alax and radical

We've been waiting over a year for replacement parts that were promised.
The customer support is often non-responsive, and as a result we have been forced to source our own parts despite the service agreement.

They've outright ignored our calls and emails on multiple occasions, and if we could afford legal help, we'd sue for damages.

Bought a piranha laser around 7 months ago. Not really had any issues with the service I have received to date. I have had a problem with software changing language but to be fair I had a quick response on how to change it back. The machine has been working for around 6 hours a day with the odd software niggle. Although I think that could have been my designs. I would definitely recommend and may just upgrade myself sometime soon if I can afford it.

We manufacture staircase in southern Ireland and had been looking for a suitable machine for some time. We contacted Radecal and they did us a great video demonstration so we decided to take the plunge on a 5m by 2m machine.
Since January this year we have manufactured more staircases than we did in the whole of 2017. Needless to say we are very happy with our purchase. Thank you guys especially Rick who has been super patient with our training and holding our hands.

We couldn't be happier with our machine. I used to cut everything by hand with a jigsaw and that sometimes wasn't great after a heavy weekend I purchased a Piranha CNC from Radecal last year and have never looked back. I have increase the number of jobs I install per week easily justifying my purchase, plus I have started branching out into other areas which I couldn't ahve done before. So all in all very happy with machine and service from Radecal. Keep up the good work.

bought our machine 2 years ago, we are located in belfast but support has not been an issue at all for these guys. Couple of niggles with the tool holders not gripping properly on a change of tools but that was sorted really quickly with a whole new set sent out and fitted. One other thing my extractor broke within the first 6 months - again that was replaced under warranty without any issue. Ive had machines from more well known brands in the past but their service was terrible.

All in all I'm happy with my purchase.

Terrible machines, and the customer service really need looking over. Radecal are only willing to fix the laser under a compromise agreement. Meaning we would be breaking the law by breaking data protection. We are currently talking with our legal team.
