I cannot recommend Radiance Doors Limited highly enough. From the initial conversation with Claire, through to the installation and the after sales follow up, the service I have received from Radiance Doors has been exceptional.
I wanted to replace an old UPVC back door with a composite door, but I wanted a specific style. Claire went above and beyond to find the style I wanted, which was perfect. The door was installed promptly and the workmanship from the installation team was excellent. I was so impressed with the quality and the customer service, that I ordered a second door for the rear of my garage. Again, I received superb service from start to finish. We recently had a new front door installed by Radiance Doors and Windows and were really impressed with the whole experience. They are a family-run business and were very knowledgeable, responsive, and offered lots of great ideas and options to help us choose the right product. We were delighted with our completed porch project. Communication was clear from start to finish, and all costs were explained upfront with no surprises. Claire and Richard were very helpful and organised throughout the process, and Tom and Matt were professional, friendly, clean and tidy! Would happily recommend and we are already planning to use them again for the next project!

From the second I contacted Radiance about installing my new composite front door, Claire and the team made it such a joy.

I was given a f2f appointment where each option was explained and offered clearly. Claire even took the time to give some advice based on experience which was great.

Pre-sales was absolutely fantastic with a speedy quote, contract which was simply to sign and complete electronically. No hidden costs, and I was given mockup images of what my door options could look like. I knew when I signed the contract exactly what I was purchasing and for how much.

The day of install and the chaps were arrived almost to the minute when they planned. Work was carried out quickly, and they took every effort to make reduce the disruption, noise and mess. Dust sheets were placed, vacuuming done and surfaces wiped down old door fully removed and cleaned. Even offering to install my Ring doorbell for me.

The quality of the door is top notch, it looks and feels premium, coupled with premium locks I’ll not only feel my family is safe and secure, but will shave a few ££ off the old energy bill.

Post sales communication again was fantastic with a quick follow up call to check in that I was happy, final bill sent over and prompt receipt after payment.

I cannot recommend Radiance higher - they have been absolutely fantastic.

Really glad I chose Radiance.They’re a family-run business, not just family-owned, and that shows in how they operate.
Everything went exactly as it should have, from communication to installation and even how they cleaned up afterwards.They were punctual, professional & took time to explain how to get the best functionality and longevity out of the new windows.
I think it’s important to include negatives in a review too - but honestly, I couldn’t find a single single issue with anything.This has been one of the best experiences I’ve had with tradespeople in a long time.

Friendly family-run business and process was seamless from start to finish. I absolutely love my (pet-proof!) integrated blinds and would highly recommend both company and blinds to anyone with pets!

I cannot rate this company high enough from start to finish. What i thought would be a stressful experience was turned into anything but. Claire gave ideas and suggestions for the property and Matt and Tom were faultless throughout the installation. Their workmanship is flawless and the attention to detail was superb. They are a true credit to the team. They left each area without being able to tell they had even been there. I was kept informed throughout and will not hesitate to contact them again for further work.

The communication was first class - quick, accurate and a good price. The workmanship by the fitters was superb. Here on time, work completed quickly and thoroughly, all mess cleaned up. Very impressive all round.

We wanted to work with a family run business in the area to help replace all our windows and doors, and feel like we struck gold when we found these guys! Claire was absolutely lovely and checked in regularly with us throughout the process. Tom and Matt were incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient with our indecisiveness (sorry! Haha). Claire brought a trusted builder in to make our kitchen window double the size too, which we absolutely love! We previously had a bad experience with a builder, but Claire told me she works closely with this one, and I’m glad I trusted her! Work was done in a timely manner, the team were respectful of my house and tidied as they went, and official documentation was sent straight away. Claire & Richard both swung by after completion to see the work that had been done, which was a nice touch! Thank you so much for being a part of our renovation journey, friends and family have told us how much they love the new windows and doors, you really made our vision come alive!

Had a secondary glazed unit fitted the quality is excellent.
From start to finish the service was amazing Clair kept us updated throughout.The fitter was courteous and efficient leaving no mess behind.
The end result did exactly what Richard said it would do when he came to survey it. So pleased with the Service I would definitely recommend and use radiance again.
