Consistently excellent results and service. Rabia and the team are fast to respond, always on time and extremely helpful. The laser hair treatments they offer are highly effective, and the cold air blasts mean they're signficantly less painful than other clinics I've visited. They really take the time to understand what they can do to get you the results you want. I could not recommend them highly enough.

I went here recently for a facial and it was absolutely brilliant, the therapist who saw me (Teodora) was great, the whole experience and massage made me so relaxed and my skin also feels so fresh. I have recommended it to my friends and will definitely be back!

I have received a number of treatments from here and have been happy with all of the results. Rabia is filled with knowledge and is understanding to what your skin needs. She selected treatments that would cater for me at that time, whether it was acne or the scarring that followed. All professional, good explanations and very kind.

I booked at this salon after purchasing a Groupon voucher for microdermabrasion and oxygen facial. I am so impressed by the quality and service I received from the lady who gave me the facial. She was very knowledgeable on skincare issues and the facial itself was wonderful. My skin was left glowing and looked so fresh! It's very hard to feel like you're in safe hands when it comes to skincare and I left the clinic with intentions on returning.

Absolutely fabulous treatments I’ve been going for the last free years Every time it’s been a fabulous experience happy with the treatments that I’ve had their. Rabia Is the most kindest and well experience lady. Knows exactly what you need to make you feel better about yourself and what treatments are best for you I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Absolutely amazing treatments and services!!! I had acne for so many years and I had tried lots of different things to get rid of it but it never worked. I went to radiance and the owner (rabia) talked me through all of my options and set up a plan personalised to my skin and my concerns. She listened to me and was very good at explaining each of the treatments. She provided me with lots of products to use at home and gave me a clear schedule of when to use each one.

Rabia was very kind and caring every time I visited. She always made me feel comfortable. I noticed my acne start to improve in such a short space of time which is a miracle for me!

I will only ever go to radiance for my skin concerns now and I’ve recommended them to everyone I know. I can’t wait for them to open again!!

Radiance is a wonderful skincare clinic. I have been a faithful client for three years now, doing a range of treatments. All with great results. Staff and especially the owner, Rabia, are amazing. Lovely people, great at their job but also always listening to your needs, never trying to push a treatment you don't need. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good skincare results.

Have you ever had to battle with the small print EMBEDDED in Merchant’s T&C’s on Groupon deals that they expect you to know about??😡😡. Happened to me today at Radiance Clinic in Balham, SW 12. Rushed home from work expecting a nice, relaxing facial but it didn’t happen. I wasn’t a 1st time customer apparently.

My frustration is why had Radiance allowed me to make a booking and travelled all the way to their clinic?😡😡. They had all the information available beforehand but they still allowed me to make a booking. 🤔🤔🤔.

In the past I’ve purchased full price treatments from them. Today however, I was told that their deals are available to first time customers only and that, even if a customer had never used their Groupon deals but paid full price for treatments, they wouldn’t qualify for a Groupon deal.....🤔🤔🤔. Never heard of this nonsense
before Radicance Clinic. No amount of asking yielded any SENSIBLE explanation for this gibberish!!!, Shame, Shame, Shame.

They appear to like ridiculing customers, hmm.... Customers be warned! I AM STILL WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION THAT THE VOUCHER HASN’T BEED REDEEMED TO OBTAIN A REFUND FROM GROUPON. STILL WAITING RADIANCE SKIN CARE😡😡😡😡😡
I will take my custom elsewhere, somewhere with a more professional approach. This is 2019. All businesses out there; without customers you won’t exist. Always remember this!!!
