If I could give them 0 stars I…

If I could give them 0 stars I absolutely would!

Based on repeated failed transactions and poor complaint handling, I would recommend TO STAY AWAY FROM Radiant Life Financial Services Limited.

I have experienced multiple transaction issues, including a recent incident where a transaction was marked as “Failed” but the money was still debited from my account, leaving my balance negative.

This is not an isolated case. I have personally experienced similar failed transaction debits on previous occasions. In one case involving funds sent from Nigeria, the issue took nearly three weeks to resolve. We were sent back and forth between Radiant and the Nigerian bank, each initially stating the funds were not with them, before it was eventually corrected.

Customer service has been extremely frustrating. Calls often go unanswered. When I do get through, I am repeatedly told the issue is being escalated, but I receive no clear updates, no written follow-up, and no complaint reference number. Staff frequently appear unsure about the status of the issue.

Based on repeated experiences, I have serious concerns about the reliability of their transaction handling process and advice to use other currency conversion services like lemfi!
