Fast delivery, great price

Ordered on a Sunday was delivered Tuesday, website didn’t give the option for speedy delivery so was a bit worried it wouldn’t arrive while my bathroom fitters were here, but I shouldn’t have panicked. It was a last minute thought while bathroom was getting fitted to add a Towelrads smart thermostat element and it’s fabulous, no more damp towels in the summer when the heating isn’t on. Excellent service

I wanted to swap right handed 1D…

I wanted to swap right handed 1D element for a left handed one as I need it fitted on the left hand side due to layout of wiring. I'm told that both the radiator and element have to be returned. This will result in a £25 handling fee. If it could have been agreed to swap, posting of element would have cost less. Unfair I think as I was told in advert the D element was completely reversible. But it is not as it's designed to match rad profile. Not happy.

Electric Rad Purchase

I was initially looking at 4 companies to make my rad purchase. When I first phoned RadiatorsOnline the difference was evident in 10 seconds flat. Why? Well, they actually answered the phone. As in, a real human being spoke to me. There's more...they were super helpful too. They gave great advice. They were easy and lovely to talk to. It was a reminder of what good customer service felt like as opposed to the digital customer service systems adopted by most giant online plumbing resellers (you know who they are). I initially "tried" to speak to one of the largest of the plumbing behemoths where I only interacted with a cold, inhuman, artificially automated annoying chatbot (with a stock image of some random grimacing bloke called Rob that was fooling no one and most importantly could not answer my most basic questions anyway). Back to RadiatorsOnline and real people, who I called multiple times by the way and they always answered the call. Between speaking to Louiza and Michalla, their help was everything I would want from a high level customer service standpoint. They had great product knowledge and anything they did not know they found out and let me know swiftly. They emailed photos of colour swatches to help me choose. I needed to also make a non-standard tweak to the heating accessory that came with the rad and they sorted that out for me too without any issues. None of the other companies had this level of service (to be honest because most of them you can't actually talk to and until replica Rob gets a human grade AI update I prefer speaking to problem solving real people, thank you). So without any doubt, between Louiza and Michalla, RadiatorsOnline elevated their buying experience to make it feel personal, bespoke, friendly and on top of all that their price was highly competitive compared to their competition. I would normally expect to pay a bit more for this level of direct customer service but they were equally competitive compared to the other (online only) big impersonal companies so it was pretty much a perfect experience from start to finish. The radiator is on the wall and it looks stunning. Job done. Very happy. Thank you all.
