Helpful service following my enquiry. Product was correct and well packaged. If you require the part urgently I would suggest you mention this on order or you will have to wait 3-4 days for it to arrive.

Value for money and although there was a problem with stock after we had paid they contacted us straight away and it was sorted with part refund and a different item ordered which were delivered prompt, very happy with the purchase

Difficult to find product found at the right price. Easy to use website helped by good communication from Customer Service. Items arrived quickly and in good order from manufacturer. No hesitation in recommending based on my experience.

I bought an ‘Ascot’ vertical radiator from Radiators online. The purchase was easy and delivery excellent however when I checked the item it was faulty (not straight). I bought an identical one from a different company and had the same problem. Whilst I accept this is likely to be a manufacturer issue, Radiators online should have a process in place where they can check items before the manufacturer despatches it. Return was simple.

Experience overall is okay with sales/delivery. I may need to see how is their after sales service as the app is not working properly and always. I have not been able to connect to one of my two bluetooth heaters yet.

I bought a heating element from this company, but found out I bought the wrong item so I contacted them to ask for the return. To my dismay they replied to say they'll charge me £10.40+VAT for the return, which is more than 20% of the price I bought for the product. I offered to return the item myself, but they said the return fee still stands even if I return it via my own method.

I am shocked as this is the first time and the only company that I have encountered charge the customer a large amount for the return. I then looked up for their return policy, which says: "Radiators Online charges 5%+Vat of the restocking price given to us by the supplier. Supplier restocking and collection fees range from 5% - 30% of the total order value." This information is not explicitly stated in the order confirmation I received as if the company tries to hide it from the customers. Furthermore, the collection fees have a big range from 5% to 30% and yet there is no information on which product is charged at which percentage. It seems that the company wanted to charge the customers as high as possible. I found this lack of transparency is unacceptable. The way the company conducted their business is not trustworthy and I'll never buy from this company again.

I received an email stating that the radiator I ordered was not in stock, and would I like my money back or to wait till it arrived. I replied stating that I would wait but also asked them if the radiator was going to be delivered longer than one month. A reply was forthcoming and thanked me for a fast response and that they would keep me updated. Two days later I received another email stating that the radiator was now in stock and would be with me the following day. It arrived and it was well packaged. The radiator was exceptionally well made. Exceptional service.

Easy and Very Quick replacement of damaged goods

We visited the showroom. We were shown around by a very informative member of staff. She emailed with links to a basket on the online website. Paid and all delivered very quickly.

Radiator arrived very quickly that allowed us to organize our plumber to install today. We did not remove the packaging as the large size was quite heavy for us. Our plumber checked the size 1500mm x 700mm and confirmed size as ordered would fit as a replacement. The plumber removed the packaging then found there had been damage to two parts of the radiator panels however we have a cover fitted so this was not a problem otherwise we would have contacted Radiators on line to I am sure replace it. Once installed all worked very well giving good heat supply and no leaks.

These radiators are perfect for what I needed. They arrived very well wrapped and in perfect condition.
Good value too.
