Sarah went above and beyond
I was replacing most of the heating in my house and was able to get everything I needed from Radiator World. My order included some column radiators in a bespoke colour and Sarah was incredibly helpful when I asked for any images of the colour on previous orders. She also picked up a problem with my order (everything was electric-only but I'd missed that one towel rail was for a central heating system). Sarah rang me immediately and we were able to correct the order. I was really impressed!
Delivery was smooth and on time and the driver was brilliant.
I couldn't be more happy with the actual products and particularly love my new column radiators!

Great selection of stylish radiators, delivered in good time.
I love the way the site suggests valves etc that suit the radiator you’re looking at. It helped me remember I needed a T-Piece which I would have forgotten otherwise.
I messed up my order and ordered an angled valve instead of a corner valve. I got in touch to highlight this and it was fixed before dispatch, much appreciated.
Delivery was quick and everything was well packed.
Our radiator isn't installed yet, but it looks even better in person than the photos online.

Great recommendation from our plumber
Radiator world was recommended to us by our plumber and I’m glad he did because the service could not have been better.
I mistakenly ordered delivery for a day that I was not going be in, but an email to customer services was all that was required to change the delivery date.
