Hi Denise. sorry for the delay in replying to your email from last night. I seen you entered "M090000" that you made up from the numbers "MVSH090000" that you found on your radios screen, but that is not the serial number of your radio. That’s why the code did not work. You need to enter the real serial number of your radio, not make one up. Not all radios display their serial number on the screen. You can find it on the label on the back of your radio. You can also email us a photo of the label so we can find it for you.

Quick easy and cheap service
My Van broke down and the AA guy removed the terminals to reset the system and that caused my radio to require a code, i went to richard Saunders and they made me pay lots of money only to give me the wrong code. Then one day online came IRC Radio Code and withing 4 mins and for less than £5 I'm back to listening to the radio. Would highly recommend
