Brilliant service, this was done on a Sunday.
I supplied my vin from the windscreen paid by credit card. I was sceptical at first but within minutes I had my radio security code.
I put the number in and it was up and running with no problems.
First class , really impressed. 5☆ rating.
Well worth the price .🤗

Would give zero stars if I could ! Wish I had looked here before I tried to purchase a code. Lost a customers radio code. All other sites I have used previously have been pretty instant but not even sure how I ended up with this one ! paid via paypal, then it says link to website ( for code I assume ) this leads to ' Error 'and a blank page. Tried calling 2 numbers to be met with very dubious messages. Have contacted paypal for a refund. But suggest they look into this company bearing in mind there seem to be many open disputes via paypal. AVOID !!!

Absolutely fuming!!!!! Paid £16.99 to get code & said on website would get within an hour...9 hours later still waiting. Tried ringing goes through to some " Cathrine Bassett,s" voicemail. 02082438962?? SCAM AVOID. Pay Pal getting involved.

Scam. Like others, I received a code but it didn't work. I was told by customer service to remove the radio and check for the 'correct information on the back'. I sent you guys all the info even a screenshot of what my radio says. Avoid! SCAMMMM

Requested code and received with a half hour and it works! Service was prompt!

Needed a code for my wife's Dacia duster.. was not competent to take the multimedia out so only had VIN number.. sent it off and had the code back in 4 hours.. communication is non existent but service excellent seeing how my local dealer couldn't do it for 2 weeks..

"F**King do one" is the saying dafe to say it didn't work I'm now getting my money back through paypal

Did not receive my code after waiting a week, tried contacting multiple times but no answer, made a claim through PayPal and have since escalated it, they still have not even been in contact with papal and the claim was escalated 10 days ago, absolute scam.

VILEEE!!! scamming "Company", YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE A CODE. SCAMMING SINCE 2006 MOST LIKELY.

I was skeptical , the opinion are 50/50. But I’m shocked !!! Actually works guys ! I was meant to wait 2 weeks for an appointment with Nissan ( I got Qashqai) , pay 35 pounds. And I’m done this online for 15£. I’m soooo glad !!!

I ordered a radio code from radio codes.info on 05/08/20 and £4.99 was taken from my card shortly after. After 17 days I have yet to receive the code or a refund. I have emailed twice without a response and found, like other clients, that the phone is never answered. They will no doubt claim that I have received a refund as they try do with other complaints. This is not the case. Use this company at your peril!

Ordered a code on monday- used the wrong paypal address and couldn't access that email address. Emailed and still waiting on refund/answer on thursday.

Seperately, then went and ordered the code again from a different paypal account. Code arrived within 5 minutes, but doesn't work. Emailed once, twice, and still no reply. So I am £17 down, got sent a code that doesn't work, phone lines don't connect, just says "phone lines open between 9am and 9pm" at whatever time you call.

I'm up for changing this review, but it's pretty shoddy service at the moment. No communication.

I cannot fault the excellent and professional service received today .
I can highly recommend this service .

Ordered late at night got next morning thanks

I was looking for a free site to get a radio code for my nissan nv200 then i saw this site and decided it would be better with less trying elsewhere. Did i do well. Yes i did. Put my details on the site submitted my request and hey presto, within 15 minutes i had my code now i have my car stereo working again. Try it and be pleasantly surprised

Great service, email may say 24 hours for code. If you don't get it, be patient, received my code after 48 hours, with an apology. The code worked and my radio works again. Thanks Radio Code Vault for your service. Worth the money.

Great service,I used the service on a wknd then realized they were closed till Monday but they went out of there way n returned my radio code later that Saturday

They are scam artist do not do business with this company

No code received

Paid for the code but didn't receive it. Have tried to call and email numerous times but no response. Wasted £10 :(
