I have rated you 1 star, normally on all my orders I’ve given you 5 stars but you’ve let me down on delivery. I cannot review the product I ordered as I still have to receive it. I ordered it last Friday afternoon, around 3pm and paid the extra for track 24 delivery Royal Mail. I was told by Martin when I ordered that he would try and get it in that nights RM pick up. Obviously that didn’t happen. I rang yesterday , spoke to Sam, who said it didn’t get dispatched till yesterday Tuesday, Why not Monday ???????? Sam said I would receive the order today Wednesday . Oh no!, Royal Mail emailed this morning to say it would arrive tomorrow lunchtime. That is 6 days , !!!! From when I ordered, next 1 or 2 working day delivery. I’m far from impressed Radioworld, just not good enough. You need to try harder for Friday pm ordering !!! Considering I paid an extra £8.99 for tracked 1-2 day delivery, which turned into 6 days, I would expect the least you could do was to credit the delivery charge on the order.! Your order was placed after 3pm on Friday, which meant the next available dispatch day was Monday 9th June. It was processed and handed to Royal Mail at 10:52am, and Royal Mail have confirmed they received the item at the North West Super Hub on 10th June at 08:12.
Royal Mail Tracked 24™ is now showing a delivery aim of Thursday 11 June between 11:45am and 2:45pm. This is an estimated window provided by Royal Mail and may vary slightly, but your parcel is definitely on its way.
