It was easy to replace the faulty one in the Palstar AT2kD. Everything is not working as it should do.

I still have not received the spare part of a replacement plug adaptor. The plug I received with the radio was a 2 pin plug which is not compatible with UK sockets. I requested a 3 pin plug/adaptor and received confirmation that it had been ordered but still haven't received it. Why send a product with a plug which is not compatible with UK sockets in the first place!!!!
