As a novice this is my first cb so far an excellent unit cannot recieve 1 uk channel but I live in middle of an estate so I'm going to the biggest hill I know very open space may even buy Skyscan Desktop 25-2000MHz Scanner Antenna easy portable hopefully will receive at least 1 uk channel to listen or talk with . Eu channel I've received signal but intermittent and foreign language. But despite this very happy.

Very high quality item for the price. As expected, the supplied antenna is not very good but this is easily resolved by adding the antenna I choose. Even comes with clear instructions.
