The perfect Midlands Ham radio shop experience! 10/10
I recently went into Radioworld to trade in my IC-7300 for an IC-705, AH-705, and the LC-192 bag, as my old setup just wasn't working for my QTH and I wanted to get out and about. The initial email communication was incredibly chill and they gave me a very fair, black-and-white trade-in offer.
I arranged for click-and-collect. The shop was a bit busy when I got there, but the staff greeted me by name the second I spoke to them. They knew exactly who I was and remembered all our emails, no 'let me see what's happening on the system', just proper, old-school personal service.
The atmosphere in the shop was brilliant. Everyone in the queue was chatting and sharing info about their setups, exactly what the Ham community is all about. The staff themselves were funny, helpful, and exceptionally knowledgeable.
I'd recommend them to anyone. If you see people complaining in other reviews, they need to remember this is a small family-run business. Take a breath, enjoy the chat, and don't rush. 10/10 service!

Finally got into the shop, a quick read of the email thread and he knew what i was looking for, was after a uniden125 XLT Initially, after asking Sam a few questions i ended up with a uniden 160dn, with upgraded antenna and a mobile antenna.
Sam listened to what i wanted and gave honest advice with no pressure
